Stowick Labels ("the app") is a Shopify app made by Buzz Compare LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects when a merchant installs it and how we use it.
What we collect
- Store information: your store's myshopify domain, store name and currency, and the access token Shopify gives the app.
- Staff who open the app: the name and email Shopify shares for the staff member using the app, and the role you give them inside the app.
- Your settings: saved label setups, the number of labels printed per month (for the free plan limit), and a log of actions in the app (who printed, saved or changed something, and when).
The app reads your product data (titles, variants, SKUs, barcodes, prices, inventory counts) from Shopify only to show and print labels. Label PDFs are made in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
We do not collect or store any information about your customers. The app does not request access to customers or orders.
How we use it
Only to run the app: sign you in, show your products, print labels, apply your plan, and give support. We never sell data, never use it for advertising, and never share it except with the service providers below.

Writes to your store
The app changes your store in one case only: when an admin chooses to save generated barcodes to products that have none. Existing barcodes are never overwritten.
Retention and deletion
When you uninstall the app, we stop accessing your store at once. Shopify then sends us a deletion request and we delete all of your store's data from our database. You can ask for deletion sooner by emailing support@getstowick.com.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion at any time: support@getstowick.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
